MARKETING DIRECTOR 2013 - 2020
As Marketing Director for Diagnostic Professionals Inc., I was in charge of all electronic and print collateral from concept to completion, and implementation. This included a redesign of the website, signage and all printed collateral to a consistent look and feel. The website redesign included an appointment request form which surpassed our BDM's in it's 2nd year for patient intake. I also developed a scheduling campaign that was rolled out across all mediums and collateral that also increased patient scheduling and revenue for the company. The unified look and feel of all the collateral helped establish DPI's reputation as a serious contender in the South Florida medical industry.
The site was not responsive & and was difficult to navigate.
The solution was to redesign the website to a responsive site that would function across devices thus eliminating the need for a costly app. Patients would be able to request appointments, find locations, and download important information prior to their exams from PC and mobile devices. The site follows the look and feel of all the collateral making it familiar to the patients and referring physicians.
Diagnostic Professionals patient portal mobile UI/UX. Developed the user interface & user experience based on the needs the patient might have to interact with the portal. Also developed based on the information we needed to collect from the patient. The design mirrors that of the desktop version for consistency & ease of use.
Email campaign designed to inform referring physicians and patients about our new extremity MRI machine, it's capabilities, location and invites them to schedule an appointment.
The challenge here was to create something that stood out from the competition while establishing a consistent look throughout all the corporate collateral.
The solution was giving each modality or service its own identity, color, and icon which gave a sense of individuality but also worked well together and stood out from the competition through the use of color.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Developed B2B & B2C multi-channel marketing programs that drove pipeline and revenue growth for the business.
Developed a successful call to action campaign across all media and collateral which led to an increase in appointment requests through all channels including phone, email, and online.
Developed a patient satisfaction survey that also served to lift local listing ratings. This led us to establish a lead on the local listing for positive reviews over our competition and increased our presence on SERPs.
Rebranded all collateral to a consistent look that delivered an effective message and stood out from the competition.
Led digital advertising, social, sales support, web, events, and campaigns.
Increased attendance at an annual networking event by over 300% by utilizing digital media and online registration through
custom digital forms.
