This fast-growing startup had outgrown its online sales platform. With a need to sell online, send invoices quickly, track inventory, and be able to do this all on mobile. I designed and migrated them to a Shopify e-commerce solution.
Now they could see orders, keep track of inventory, and quickly communicate with clients through the mobile app. Giving the management team 24-hour on-hand control of their company. Additionally, the fledgling brand needed an identity. For this, I studied the function & purpose of the machines, to turn dark water into lite water. This is reflected in the log and color scheme for the company.
The previous website was difficult to navigate, not responsive, and thus impeded sales. My solution was to redesign the website based on a better customer experience. Customers are now able to place orders right on their mobile devices in an intuitive, & easy-to-understand UI. This increased online sales by 300% month over month.
As a small startup with limited staff, they needed a way for customers to reach them other than just by phone. Now with a dedicated online form customers can reach management right on their mobile devices increasing the already great customer service the company was known for.
The new Shopify e-commerce site is responsive, easy to navigate, and allows customers to purchase parts or a whole system rigth from their phone.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Increased total online sales by 300% month over month, through an easy-to-navigate, responsive website.
Alleviated back-end stress & revenue loss by integrating the online store with direct inventory counts helping track accurate inventory levels.
Developed a portal for assembly staff to see in real-time new orders and begin fulfillment, this saved management staff about 1 hour a day,
and fulfillment increased by 50%.Designed the company branding from the ground up giving them a modern, clean look that was easily identifiable and made sense for the product category.
Created and maintained the company's Google local listing presence, along with developing a customer survey to generate positive reviews.
