I was recruited by this client to fix/update their agent recruitment WordPress website. I began by doing a deep dive into understanding the service and its end user. This led to mapping out and designing a customer journey that made sense and led to an increase in online recruitment. I worked within the existing technical parameters of using WordPress and found and integrated the needed extensions to solve the issue they were facing. Additionally, I developed and executed a marketing plan to create traffic drivers for the website. I utilized a combination of email marketing and organic social media campaigns to create traffic drivers.
The previous website was unfinished and thus difficult to understand. My solution was to map out the customer journey and design the website with clear steps in a recruitment process. Stating the value proposition and a clear call to action.
This firm had a limited recruitment team so they leaned heavily on the website as a tool to aid in the recruitment process.
The updated WordPress site is responsive, easy to follow, and leads potential agents through the sign up process with ease increaseing on-line adoption.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Utilized UX principles to develop an online recruitment funnel that potential clients can easily follow increasing online recruitment by 15%.
Worked with key stakeholders to develop several successful lead gen and recruitment social, and email marketing campaigns increasing agent engagement and recruitment.
