DIGITAL DESIGNER 2022 - 2023
As the largest hospital system/healthcare provider in the area one of the biggest challenges is finding talent. I worked as part of a large cross-functional team that was tasked with creating designs for emails, and social media talent recruitment campaigns across various platforms.
We worked in a fast-paced environment designing multiple high-quality posts for various social media platforms. I developed the design from scratch while following the established brand guidelines for fonts, colors, and logo lock-ups.
I also regularly designed email campaigns for the brand. For the email campaigns, I designed the artwork to follow the same aesthetic look and feel as the social media campaigns to create consistency and familiarity with the company's look across mediums.
The campaigns I designed went across different platforms from social, to email and the recruitment website. For this reason, it was important to maintain consistency across the designs by utilizing similar elements when possible, fonts, and colors creating a familiarity in the look and increasing engagement with a trusted brand.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Developed brand templates for social media posts to increase consistency of the design and efficiency by having template-ready posts. No other team members could pick up a post, change out the image and the verbiage, and post new art in minutes without having to create something from scratch.
Designed various social media, email, and website campaigns for the talent acquisition department that led to an increase in engagement.
